Parco Porch Design Legal Disclaimer

1. Scope of Services

Parco Porch Design ("the Company") provides seasonal and decorative pumpkin porch designs. Our services include the design, assembly, and delivery of customized pumpkin porch décor to the client's designated address.

2. Liability Disclaimer

Once pumpkins and/or décor are delivered and setup is complete, Parco Porch Design assumes no further liability for any damage, theft, decay, infestation, or personal/property injury caused by or involving the materials.
It is the client’s responsibility to monitor and maintain the safety of the display after delivery.
Pumpkins and natural materials are perishable and may be affected by weather, wildlife, or general wear and tear. These are inherent risks accepted by the client upon booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final.
Canceled orders are not eligible for refunds, regardless of reason or timing.
If the client is unable to accept the scheduled delivery, they must notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance to request a reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed

4. Right to Decline Service

Parco Porch Design reserves the right to decline or cancel services at any time and for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We do not offer shipping.
Delivery is limited and based on scheduling availability.
Delivery fees may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the order.
The remaining 50% is due at the time of delivery.
Failure to pay the balance upon delivery may result in removal or withholding of items.

7. Ownership of Content

All photos, designs, marketing materials, and creative content produced by or associated with Parco Porch Design are the sole property of Parco Porch Design and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent. By signing our contract the client grants the right to photograph the completed porch design and use such images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print materials.
